Beanie Baby

You could say that I enjoyed
making these men's beanies
since I made three of them
back-to-back.

I like their shape,
the pattern was simple,
and for the first time,
I could knit away
without constantly looking down.
I could even read sub-titles!

The pattern is Chunky Men's Beanie
by Jolly Nogin Knits
and is free on Ravelry.

These beanies are for
the knitting group's charity sale.

Hey Fox!
Sounds like you're throwing down a challenge. You've always pushed me to do better, so don't be surprised to see a picture of me knitting as I read. Will "Goodnight Moon" count?

Hi Janine!
Since I will be trying to prove to Fox that I can read while knitting, I may be making more of these beanies. If I make you one, I will definitely choose a MUCH prettier color for you!
Love you,
Ann

Oh, sure will!

Back in my knitting days, I recall shocking myself one evening while watching a movie. I suddenly noticed I was watching the movie, knitting away AND reading the pattern!

Such talent.... : ))
