Opportunity from Emerging Designer, FOX

Of course, I said,
"YES!"
when emerging designer,
asked me to test tat
one of her new patterns.

Fox has been taking the latest
Online Tatting Design Class
taught by
and is doing a
MARVELOUS
job of flexing
her creative muscle.

Maeve
was a
relaxing and rewarding
motif to tat.
Thank you for the opportunity, Fox!
It was a pleasure!
My color selection for Maeve
was inspired by nature,
more particularly,
a flower that bloomed
five years ago
in the garden
at Groovy Girl's preschool.

The threads are #20 Lizbeth.
Maeve is #9 for my

I'm a bit behind on my challenge,
but have several pieces to post
in order to begin to catch up.
I am known for tackling tasks
SLOWLY
and am often asked by
members of my family
to translate time frames
from "Ann Time."

They are a clever bunch.  :)

*BLUSHING*

Thank you so much for your beautiful execution of Maeve. It looks wonderful in the colours you have chosen and your stitching is impeccable. You make the design ( and ME!) look really great!

Also, thank you for your eagle-eyed editing skills. I never would have spotted the errors and am very thankful to you for weeding them out.

♥ Fox the Grateful : ))

p.s. The verification word happens to be "blach", which tickles me! Ironic? Sarcastic? Am I being too syrupy? : ))

Very beautiful! You did a great job on Fox's Maeve! Aren't we lucky to know her before she's famous?

Great Job! -- and how fun for both of you. It's a perfectly beautiful design, and I love the colors you selected from your inspirational photo.

You have become so accomplished in the 1-1/2 years since we first met, and I always look forward to each new post.

Thank you SO much everyone! Fox's Maeve is a GREAT pattern to tat - engaging and beautiful as it unfolds. I really appreciate her letting me test tat it.

Now I'M blushing, Fox! Syrupy? NAHHH! Besides, I have a TERRIBLE sweet tooth and Canadian syrup is tops!

Wanda, I've seen some lovely tatting patterns coming from YOUR creative mind as well - perhaps we'll be able to say we knew you AND Fox back when...

Martha, I can't BELIEVE it's ONLY been a year and a half since we "met." It's stunning when I think of all you have accomplished as well. I'm SO glad I stumbled across your blog - it was a lucky day!
