Off You Go Then...

This press is headed north
to Fox.

I'VE never been out of the USA,
but now I've SENT
something out of the USA...

I shared this observation
with the man at the post office.
He said perhaps I would
leave the country next...

But I kind of think
that was just
wishful thinking
on his part.

I am very excited to receive this lovely gift!

My mailman will be wishing for my departure from his area of delivery when the pestering begins Monday!

  3. Hey Diane!
Thanks! I'm GUESSING from Fox's comments that she likes the looks of it, now I'll just keep my fingers crossed that she finds it useful as well!

LOL Fox! My mailman said not to begin the pestering until Wednesday at the earliest - after that he's fair game! You're very welcome. I hope you enjoy it!

  4. How you get so many beautiful things done is beyond me. The press is wonderful! I am anxious to see your tutorial - I just might have to make one :) Or at least get it on my list of things to accomplish!

  5. Thanks Cindy!
I haven't been working on much lately EXCEPT the press idea. I'm pretty excited at how the tutorial is shaping up. I have the pattern pages together, but need to test them out. I also need to look at the written instructions more and translate some of them from "Ann Speak" to regular English. AND I'm finishing a few presses that I have started. I really like seeing how they come together and will be sharing more soon.

  6. Lucky Fox! She's going to find it much easier to tat at the coffee shop with this cute press to store her latest project.

You live in Texas, but you've never been to Mexico?

  7. Hey Martha!
I KNOW!!! I've been to Corpus Christi once and that's as close as I got. I have a SERIOUS lack of wanderlust.

  9. Hi Bonnie!
Glad you liked my anecdote. Poor guy looked at me like, "I only had TEN more minutes at the front desk and I had to get YOU in my line."

  11. Hi Lelia!
Yep, I've got a keeper. I was hoping that maybe I would get shooed away again yesterday, but it never happened. Probably had something to do with his having a cold/allergies...
