I May Need an Intervention

I have about a baJILLION things planned and in progress, so it seems only natural I would start ONE MORE PROJECT. I saw this very pretty bookmark by Jennifer Reynolds at Elefantz. I printed it out thinking some day I would get to it. But in the back of my mind I had already started to hatch a plan to make bookmarks for the kids' teachers. School is out in TWO WEEKS, there are all kinds of end of year activities, my hubby is working more lately, I have FOUR kids and I need to make SEVEN... If I were a betting man, I would have to say the odds are against me. Well, I'll give it a shot anyway because I'm not a man and I don't bet.

Besides, I'm in thinking mode on the curtains for the bedroom. I do that sometimes - OK a lot. I will stop mid-project and think... In this case I am trying to decide how I want to do the heading. I THINK I have any easy way to finish it which will look nice... but I'll have to think about it some more.

  1. Hi! I bloghopped over here from Fox's blog over at "Tat-ology"!

I noticed you have some tatting in your header! Pretty! :)

  2. Wow! Thank you for dropping by! My grandmother made the tatting in my header. She passed away when I was little. I just remember how her hands would fly when she tatted.

I have always wanted to learn to tat, but never met another tatter. Thank goodness for the internet! Thanks to all the talented tatters like yourself out there who are passionate about their craft, I have learned the basics and am enjoying it so much!

  3. Yeah, it's a good thing you're not a man. Those pink graham cracker sandwiches would be pretty humiliating. As it is, they're adorable and I want one!

So are you ADD? My mind works the same way.

  4. Hi Flea,
I'm definitely ADD when it comes to crafting - probably all the time. That's most likely why my house could stand to be cleaner - mind always AWOL thinking pretty thoughts.

    Thanks for stopping by,
    Ann
