What a wonderful idea! I have some beautiful bowls, and I know I have enough yarn to fill them all!

Hi Diane!
I'm loving the bowls. I have one in every room in the house where I could possibly settle down with yarn and needles. I really like seeing the yarn roll around when I pull on the working strand - it looks so pretty.

What a beautiful idea. Will my tatting projects look just as well I wonder?

Hi Eliz!
Tatting thread would ABSOLUTELY look just as well. Wouldn't it be fun to put a ball of Lizbeth in a pretty tea cup? I have some little cups made with pink carnival glass. An idea for Tatting Tea Tuesday is born.

I put my bowls on a little nonskid coaster so I don't pull them off the table (thought that might be worth mentioning).

That’s so sweet and thoughtful of your friend. Yeah, that’s right. Yo have to fill it up and of course, return the favor. You should offer your new project to your friend as an appreciation of what she gave you. Friends really are angels because they bring out the best in you.

Good friends really do bring out the best in you. You and I think alike, because one of those bowls is filled with a WIP for her...
