The Tatting Press Pattern is READY... and a GIVEAWAY!

YES!
You read that right!
The press pattern is FINALLY ready!

THANK YOU to my blogging friends,
and
for giving the pattern
and instructions a read through
and making suggestions
for improvement.

And THANK YOU to all of you,
for your kind comments
and
for putting up with my endless press posts.
I haven't been a very good blogging friend of late
while I have been trying to finish this up.

To celebrate completing the pattern,
I would like to have a
GIVEAWAY!

Comment on THIS post
and I will put your name
in the hat (literally)
for a chance to
win one of two presses.
I will draw two names
on
DECEMBER 15, 2010.

I'm going to keep making presses
and plan to host future giveaways.
In fact, I have one press
currently in the works,
intended for a tatter
who hoped very much that
she lived NORTH of me.
She SO does!

I'm sorry Ann,

But I do not see how you haven't been a good blogging friend.

You have been working so hard on all these tatting presses, gifting them away, AND you SO GENEROUSLY provided the pattern for the (i'm sure) many who would like to make one (or more)!

I feel you have been a true blogging friend and have given so much all ready.

Thank you for all you do (and share)!

Lily

Ann,
You are so sweet to give this away in a drawing. As for blogging, you do it when you can. Others can't get upset with you for that. You have to do what you need too.
Sure you can put my name in your drawing. Have a very Merry Christmas!

I just can't believe how much work went into that pattern you've given us all. I'm totally gobsmacked and it takes a lot to keep my gob shut. Please don't enter me in the giveaway. Not because I want to be excluded but because I'm already the very proud owner of the VERY BEST press in the whole wide world. I did just want to pop in and say how very, very impressed (not a pun) I am with the work that went into the pattern too. Thank you so much.
Oh, PS the word verification on this says nonogin. BUT I LOVE gin!!!!!

I expect you're embarrassed about not posting much tatting, but I for one have really enjoyed seeing the different colors and designs on the presses you have been posting. :) And I would love to be entered.

I would love to be the proud owner of such a lovely tatting press. I know a lot of work went into it and do appreciate that. Time spent on doing what we love to do is not waisted time! I feel it is time well spent! Many thanks for all that you do for the tatters in blog land.

I'd love to be entered! I saw Cindy's (I'm the other tatter in MN) and it's fantastic!

This is the best tutorial I've ever read -- the instructions are clear and precise, and the presentation is over-the-top fabulous. I love the graphics and the wonderful photos.

You shouldn't enter my name in the give-away since I still don't know how to tat. I actually thought for a minute how nice it would be to store the instructions, thread and shuttles you sent me (in the hope of enticing me to take up the shuttle) in this darling press, but that would be pretty sleazy.

please enter me in your give away. I have to visit hospital regularly with my son and just put my tatting in my bag, you can imagine what a mess it comes out like , so your lovely press would stop this from happeningand they are so prettie.

Hi, Ann,

I am NOT entering the draw as I am already the proud owner of my very own tatting press! I really love this little wonder and it travels with me wherever I go! (gets a lot of comments too!)

I suppose I just want to say that you are not only creative and talented, but also a most generous soul. I am so glad to have 'met' you!

What a great idea. I tote all of my tatting to school and back everyday in a box. I'd love to be entered in this contest. I've been watching your site for a while and still trying to get the lupins down. Thank you for the Giveaway.

I'd love one of your presses, I don't have a machine and putting one of those together by hand would take a looong time and require more consistent hand stitching than I can do.

Please enter my name in your drawing. I've been reading about them and wanting to have one. Thank you for your generosity to Tatland. Karen in OR

Such a neat idea and so nice of you to share the pattern without charging for it! If I knew how to sew, I would so make one for myself . . . but I don't know how. So that makes this giveaway even more wonderful!! Enter me, please, and I will keep my fingers (toes, legs, arms, not eyes, hair, etc) crossed that I win!

This is hands down one of the best laid-out tutorials I have ever seen. You ROCK!

Please don't enter my name in the drawing, since I am already the extrememly proud and happy owner of a tatting press. I truly don't know how I even traveled and tatted without it. It is an irreplaceable tatting tool.
